The 110-year-old man in England, Reg Dean Derbyshire witty said that his longevity secret is ... lazy.

According to experts, Reg Dean was not joking, a slow life with many interesting things, meaning capable of prolonging life for humans. In the animal world, longevity turtle is the most obvious evidence to prove this theory.
